ABOUT
I have been living on this hill above Camaiore for 20 years and in 2021 I bought the adjacent land and moved my sculpture- and drawing studio here which can welcome your own artistic projects too.
My property of 7200sqm includes now the main, antique farmer's house, 3 studio buildings, a deposit for my sculptures and a tiny house, surrounded by an olive grove, a vegetable garden and a flowergarden at the house. It is quiet and peaceful, the views are all into the green and on the horizon you see the small village of Pedona and on the other side glimpses on the mediterranean sea. I am a swiss sculptor and I live here with my boyfriend Maurizio, my dog Alaska and my cat Sahel.
50 sqm apartment with 40sqm terrace in antique house, can host 2-4 people, rustic style with antique furniture and plenty of artistic decoration. Big terrace with privacy, south oriented. Spacious bedroom, livingroom with kitchencorner, bathroom with doublesink. Quiet and peaceful.
Access to artstudios possible
Small cabin, very essential, can host 1-2 people, simple but in gorgeous position and highly romantic. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy with BBQ and pizzaoven, big tables and wonderful views. Max two single beds, furnished kitchen, bathroom with shower.
